Stacy Deubler

My name is Stacey Deubler and I am a Hand and Foot Reflexologist. I am certified
under the Ingham Method through the International Institute of Reflexology, and am
passionately on a journey to spread awareness about how the restorative and healing
power of Reflexology can help people live a balanced life.
Reflexology can sometimes be confused as a foot massage, however, Reflexology is
much more than that. Reflexology is a science, which deals with the principle that there
are reflex areas in the hands and feet, which correspond to all of the glands, organs
and parts of the body. Stimulating these reflexes with a thumb and fingers technique
can help the body mentally and physically, in a natural way…a type of preventative
The art of Reflexology teaches that "energy" or "qi" in the human body can become
blocked, and thereby, cause a bottleneck of energy that can lead to susceptibility to
illness. Thus, Reflexology helps keep the energy moving which can sustain a strong
Reflexology can help improve blood circulation and nerve supply, relieve anxiety and
tension, open energy currents, encourage relaxation, improve mood, aid sleep,
revitalize energy, manage pain naturally and comfort achy hands and feet.
If you struggle with certain ailments like migraines, neuropathy, arthritis, plantar
fasciitis, sinus issues, poor digestion, hypertension, post Covid symptoms, menstrual
pain (just to name a few), then you just might want to schedule a session with me and
experience how Reflexology feels and how it can benefit you in a non-invasive way. I
know you will not be disappointed. Your mind, body and soul will thank you!
The aim of a Reflexology treatment is to help restore balance to the body naturally and
improve general well-being. Although Reflexology is an ancient form of treatment and
has been effectively used for centuries, it is important to note that it should never be
used in place of conventional medical care and should be considered as a
supplemental treatment to formal medical advice of your general practitioner or
other health professional and prescribed medicinal treatments.
